Kinsey leads strategy at Atelier Pellegrina. She sets positioning, writes the brief that the entire engagement is built from, and runs the digital performance that keeps a brand visible after launch. Brands hire her when they need a strategist who understands what makes the work convert, not just what makes it look right. Her work has driven a 69.4% reduction in paid-acquisition cost for a multi-restaurant hospitality group, a 50% increase in organic traffic for a culinary institution within six months, and a 40% lift in audience engagement across two markets simultaneously. Prior work spans Le Cordon Bleu, the Four Seasons, multiple Michelin-starred restaurants, and curated events for Condé Nast and Vogue audiences. She works natively in English and Italian.

Laura leads creative at Atelier Pellegrina. She designs the visual identity (logo, type system, color, illustration, motion) and translates the strategic brief into a brand language that holds across every touchpoint. Brands hire her when they want design that has a point of view and a system to back it up, not a moodboard executed once and abandoned. Her past work spans Adidas, Hema, Air France, and Ravensburger. Global brands with high design standards and complex multi-market systems. Trained at ISCOM Paris and the Florence Institute of Design. Fluent in French and English, with working Italian.
